Celestial Not-work is the two-hundred seventy-sixth video in the lonelygirl15 video series. It is also the twentieth video of season two.

Transcript

(Charlie is sitting at her desk in her office. She turns on the camera and crosses her arms.)

Charlie: Sorry I didn't post this sooner. I've tried calling but I thought I might as well put this up on here anyway. I'm sorry, Jules. I shouldn't have mentioned your eye. But look, you're okay! If you ever need to talk to me, you know where I am.

(Charlie goes to turn off the camera and there is a knock at the door. Steve appears and Charlie seems happy to see him.)

Charlie: Oh, hey!

Steve: Hey.

Charlie: How are you?

Steve: Hi.

(The two kiss and embrace in a hug)

Charlie: (Points to the camera, addressing Jules) And that sorry comes from the both of us. (To Steve) Say hi to Jules.

Steve: (Looking irritated) Oh, uh...

Charlie: Yeah?

Steve: It's okay. (Steve goes to leave, clearly turned off by the camera's presence)

Charlie: No, no... come... what's-what's up?

(Steve enters the room again.)

Steve: I've, um, I've been going through some costs. Uh, uh, we can get through it later. It's just that it's probably better if we could...

Charlie: Don't tell me you've come here asking for cash? Have you burned the last that I've given you already? Are you gonna go and spend it on more stuff for your network?

Steve: No, look. The jacket was great. Is... is great. Okay, look... I'll-I'll-I'll come back later. I've obviously caught you at a bad time.

(Steve walks out and Charlie chases after him.)

Charlie: Steve.

(Charlie walks back in and turns off her camera.)

(Cut to Charlie walking to the door of her flat. Lee is filming.)

Lee: So, the workers return home after a hard day's graft. (Charlie opens the door and Lee turns the camera to himself) Yes, some grafting harder than others... Charlie. (Turns camera back to Charlie)

Charlie: Lee.

(Charlie and Lee enter the flat.)

Lee: So, what lies within? A glass of wine, perhaps? (A hum is heard) Some happy food? A spot of TV?

(Charlie and Lee enter the living area where Steve is seen with his Celestial Network friends, who are chanting/humming in a circle hand to hand. Steve is walking around the circle, helping them.)

Steve: Connect. (Rubs the Blonde Chick's shoulders) Connect. Feel the connection. Imagine all that connection. Really feel that.

Charlie: Steve?

Steve: Deep.

Charlie: (Louder) Steve? (Steve looks at Charlie and stands up straight) Would you mind connecting with me for a minute?

(Steve walks towards her and Charlie walks off. Steve follows. Cut to the Celestial Network members humming on the floor.)

Lee: Well, um, well... right, well, uh y-y-you all just connect away and I'm-I'm gonna make a brew. So just let us know if anyone wants one! (Lee starts to walk away and walks down the hallway to find Steve and Charlie) Okay.

Steve: (In another room) Charlie, okay?

Charlie: (In another room) No, it's not okay. It's not okay. I've been working all day and I come home and I see this sitting room in my flat!

Steve: I didn't think you'd mind, okay?

Charlie: Mind? It's my f- I live here Steve!

Steve: Okay, I should have asked.

Charlie: Yeah, you should have!

Steve: I'm-I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Just needed a space. Please, look, I'll make it up to you. Tomorrow. I'll take you out, somewhere nice. We'll have a fun day out.

Jeremy: Oh, fun day out?

(Jeremy enters the room, interrupting Steve and Charlie)

Charlie: And you're not coming!

(Steve shrugs. Jeremy walks back into the living area and Lee slowly points the camera toward the floor and turns it off.)
