Isaac Gilman is a geneticist first mentioned by Daniel in The Mad Scientist. Daniel found his name in the box left by Bree's dad. When Daniel tried to find him in a hospital in San Diego, the receptionist claimed that there was no Dr. Gilman there.
He was killed in a car accident on December 31, 2006 on his way to pick up his son Spencer and was planning on meeting up with Bree's dad later in the day, who happened to have been murdered that day as well.
Isaac was married, but according to his mistress, the marriage was horrible, and Isaac and the Mistress were together for ten years, until his fateful death.
It is assumed that both Drew Avery and Isaac were killed on the same day, because they were going to inject Bree with something to make her trait negative, so the Order won't need her anymore.
