The old woman lives in Kate and Charlie's neighborhood in East London. When Charlie noticed that Dudley's body was no longer where it had last been seen, Charlie asked the old woman if she had seen anything. She replied that two minutes ago, "some men came in a black ambulance, picked him right off the floor, and put him in the back" (Creepy).
