(Steve is sitting in the courtyard of the Louvre on the edge of one of the reflecting pools. A bird, possibly a pigeon, flies by.)

Steve: This is madness. I-I mean there's no way. So you lot figured out why Charlie's been arrested? From that news report that Lauren recorded? Turns out that someone stole Michelle Clore's last piece of artwork from the unveiling on Sunday. They think it was Charlie. It must've been what they found in the boot, eh? (holds head in hand) This is insane! How can anyone think it was Charlie? I mean, yeah, it was in the boot. I mean, what the hell is going on? It doesn't make any sense, does it? How can anyone think Charlie was an art thief? I feel so guilty. (pauses, softer) I love you, Charlie. I hope you're okay. (pauses. Camera falls for a moment and comes back up.) I don't know what to do. (lowers camera)
