Dr. Jeffrey H. was a character in the N1ckola video series. He worked at a clinic in London that was being watched by the Order. When Ola visited the Clinic to get her cut treated, Dr. Jeffrey ran her blood work and had her sign a contact sheet. Later that day, while Ola searches for Ramzes, Dr. Jeffrey accosts her on the street. He warns her that "they" will find her and hurt her, and that she must leave immediately. Ola is freaked out, and decides to take a trip back to Poland.
Sometime after their encounter, Dr. Jeffrey fainted while driving in Rush Hour traffic and crashed his car. According to news reports, he died on the spot.
