KateModern will be the first major spin-off of lonelygirl15. The series, which was announced on April 16, will begin in mid-July. The show will be hosted on the social-networking site Bebo.
KateModern will be set in London, and much like Bree, Kate will be doing battle against dark forces, while trying to have a semblance of a normal life.
"LG15 Presents ... KateModern," will be released first on Bebo, appearing with a delay on lonelygirl15.com and other sites.

Kate will be portrayed by Alexandra Weaver, Tariq will be portrayed by Jai Rajani, Charlie will be portrayed by Tara Rushton, and Gavin will be portrayed by Ralf Little.
KateModern is created by Miles Beckett and Greg Goodfried, two of the Creators of lonelygirl15.
