It is speculated that the bandage covers a spot where Bree had blood drawn, possibly in connection to her religion and/or the upcoming ceremony.  Also, in the vlog [[In The Park]] Bree takes some pills that she identifies as iron pills, and doesn't answer when Daniel asks if her dad is making her take them. She could be taking the pills to compensate for lost blood.

In the video House Arrest, Bree has a bandage on her shoulder. Bree commented on YouTube that she had to get a shot, but she she did not say why. The bandage continues to appear in videos when she is wearing sleeveless shirts, such as the video The Ceremony Is Tomorrow :). She eventually reveals that the shots are part of her preparation for the ceremony, along with the diet, the pills, her studies of Enochian and her training with Lucy.
