Lauren's sister, whose name has not yet been revealed, was one victim of a series of HoO connected kidnappings.
Both Lauren and this un-named girl participated in a medical experiment they believed was to test a drug to prevent endometriosis. It was, of course, an HoO attempt to create trait positive women artificially. It was later revealed that Terrance was the one who kidnapped her. There is some speculation that Kate was Lauren's sister.
