Terrence is a man who lent Gavin and Tariq money for their business. He became very upset when the software was leaked and he realized that he had invested in a potentially illegal project. He currently possesses the list of the trait positive girls, after stealing it from Charlie because he mistook it for Gavin and Tariq's software).

On New Year's Day, Terrence sought retaliation on Michelle Clore and her Watchers for stealing Gavin & Tariq's software that he invested in. As Terrence pulled a semi-automatic weapon on a defenseless Clore, a group of Watchers stormed in and saved Michelle.

It is currently unknown if Terrence is dead, or if he is alive & being held by the Order.
