Wow, this is pretty comprehensive. Great job. One minor question: On "sweating bullets", I'm not sure why that was intended be a reference to the Megadeth song. It's a slang phrase much older than the song, meaning "Nervousness with a touch of dread." "Sweating" also matched nice with the workout scenes. --Milowent 14:34, 22 June 2007 (CDT)
