The lonelygirl15.com web site has a chat room which is entered via a link on the left of the LGpedia web page.
The chat room operates using java based web page from Userplane, a company that was recently purchased by America Online (a Time Warner Inc. subsiduary}. At this time it is not clear whether or not the producers of Lonelygirl15 benefit financially form this arrangement.
