The shooter is a man who comes to Kate's art show and fires a shot into the air and calls out "We will bring down the Order!!" He then flees on foot, only to be chased down by one of Michelle Clore's bodyguards. Luckily (or unluckily), he escapes.
While, Charlie believes that the shooter is Dudley, fans are skeptical, and as such, the shooter has not yet been positively identified.
