Carl and Sonia met a male and female in an LA park. Jonas and Sarah looked on as adoption papers were given to these people. They were next seen at Griffith Observatory, being brought a trait positive Ceremony Baby.
Based on these interactions, and the knowledge that trait positive girls are put into controlled Hymn of One homes at a very early age, it is assumed that these people will become the infant's adoptive parents and raise her in the beliefs of the Hymn of One.
In Behind The Bushes, Sonia attempts, with the help of Daniel and Sarah, to kidnap the adopting couple's Ceremony Baby. They have not kidnapped the Ceremony Baby yet.
However, in They'll Do Anything, Sonia successfully kidnaps the Ceremony Baby.
