Batting Practice is the three-hundred thirteenth video in the lonelygirl15 video series. It is also the fifty-seventh video of season two.

(Music plays and Jonas is seen practicing his baseball swing with a pitching machine.)
Jonas: (voice over) So my dad called this weekend, and (sighs) he left a bunch of messages saying, "Have you seen Emma?", "Is she okay", "Do you know anything?" (Cut to Jonas sitting with his bat. The rest of the video cuts back and forth between these two locations.) Calling him was the... hardest thing I ever had to do. I just wanted to go away. You know, just like move to a new town and change my name... just, start over. I'd rather do anything than have to make that phone call. Sometimes you have to do things you don't want to do. So, I called. And he said that, uh, he didn't really believe me that I was his son, that I'm crazy, and that, uh, I should never show my face again unless I have Emma, and a lot of other stuff, that I'm not gonna mention. So, if you ask me to go find or rescue some baby... I feel for you, but my concern and my one and only concern is Emma, and getting her back. And I'm not gonna rest until I do that.

- When Jonas refers to possibly rescuing 'some baby', he may be referring to Sonia's statement in the previous video about something they could do to fight the Order right now.
- Jonas is a left-handed batter.
