Dr. William Porter was the president of Bio-Therapy Report LLC, and the Elder who was supposed to get Emma's blood in her Ceremony, after he had spent more than 500 million Dollars on the Hart Study to genetically engineer new trait positive girls. He was killed when Dr. Hart poisoned his blood with the serum during the Ceremony.
