Edward Salinas is a member of either the Hymn of One, The Order, or both. He is also a candidate for US Congress in an unknown California Congressional District. He appears to be a member of the Democratic Party, based on his talk about universal health care in Politics Gone Wild! and on his website under the "Mission Statement" section. After the hit was ordered on TAAG by the Order/Michelle Clore, Salinas sent a Secret Service car to where Jonas and Steve were meeting the rest of the gang at the Mexico/US border and Steve was shot in the arm. In Computer Penetration, Salinas hacked Daniel's computer with a video message that he will hunt down TAAG and that he "will ascend to higher office". This is a play on words because Salinas is both a candidate for Congress and is attempting to become an Elder. TAAG and Steve attempted to kidnap Salinas at one of his fundraisers in Politics Gone Wild!, but Steve dropped the crow bar and Salinas was able to escape. It was also revealed in Politics Gone Wild! that Salinas is married.

- Became Assistant District Attorney for LA prosecutor’s office directly out of UCLA Law School. One of the most prominent contributors in the famous case against Global Horizons, INC., in which an unprecedented settlement of hundreds of millions of dollars was eventually reached.
- An immaculate prosecution record as city District Attorney from 1989 through 1993.
