History: an introduction is the introduction video in the N1ckola video series.

Transcript

Translation

(A camera zooms into a wall in the middle of a subway station. Cut to Nickola at her computer. She is looking at the screen intently. She types something. Cut to a shot of her webcam. Cut back to Nickola. Suddenly the music changes dramaticly and shows Nickola in an evil way. Cut to shots of various different things, including a chess set which blood seeps onto. A beach is shown and the N1ckola logo is flashed onto the screen. Cut to a shot of a room. Cut to somebody wiping their fingers on a piece of glass. Fade to black.)

Text: A few months earlier

(Cut to a tall man and a woman walking down stairs in the same subway station shown at the beginning. The man is carrying a baby. Cut to Nickola smiling and standing there. The man and woman walk behind where Nickola is standing, and another man walks up to them. A shot is shown that reveals that another man, presumably one of Nickola's friends, is filming. The man that walked up to the man and woman is now zoomed in on. Polish subtitles are shown.)

Man: Excuse me, I'm a bit lost. Can you tell me the way to, uhm, Brick Lane?

Man 2: Brick Lane?

Man: Yeah.

Man 2: Uhh, yeah, the best way is if you go through the doors...

Man: (nodding his head) Right.

Man 2: Take a left at the traffic light.

Man: Alright.

Man 2: And Brick Lane's ahead of you.

Man: Ah, brilliant. Thanks.

Man 2: Alright.

(Eerie music plays as it shows the man and woman about to leave.)

Man: Wait a second, excuse me. Don't I know you from somewhere?

(The woman the other man is with just smiles, and the two walk away creepily. Another shot shows the other person filming, presumably one of Nickola's friends. An aerial view shot shows the man closing his camera and walking over to Nickola. The man who talked to the man and woman walks over to Nickola and takes her arm. They walk away. Cut to the other man who was filming before. Polish subtitles are also shown.)

Man 3: Excuse me, do you know how I can get to the Metro Station from here?

(Cut to a shot of Nickola and the first man walking away with the man and the woman's baby. The camera pans to an upper walkway, and another man is shown onscreen. Cut to somebody wiping their fingers on a piece of glass. Cut to a beach with the N1ckola logo shown. Credits are then shown.)
