Description Jonas and Daniel seem really upset right now, so I wanted to cheer them up. Apparently Sarah had a different idea of what that meant.

Transcript

Taylor: These last few days have been pretty tough. Bree took off and I (pause) I kind of blame myself. I mean, I am the one who told them to come here. Anyway, I was in the forum, moping all weekend. I don't know what I would've done without you guys so, thanks for cheering me up. And Jonas, I guess you're right, I mean, it really isn't my fault that Bree's missing, I just... I wish that we had something to go on. Anything. So enough of that. I'm worried about Jonas and Daniel. Daniel in particular. They called us last night to hang out, but my mom would not let us go. So typical of her. Ever since (pause) my dad left... nevermind. Daniel, Jonas, even though I can't leave the house, I'm gonna to cheer you up. You need some cheering up.

(Cuts to Taylor standing outside of Sarah's door. There is a note on the door saying "Memories Flooded My Mind. Like a delicate symphony Wet with Blood." Taylor points to it.)

Taylor: Sarah's new quote of the day. So, I thought this would be more fun with Sarah, but as usual, she's being lame. (as Sarah with half her face covered by her hair) "Taylor, video blogging is for babies."

(Cuts back to Taylor in her room)

Taylor: What the hell is Sarah's problem? It's not like I did anything wrong. She's always so angry. Ever since dad left, she's been getting more and more bitter. This whole "I hate the world" thing is totally an act. It's not her. Freshmen year she was a cheerleader. (She holds up a picture.)

(Video cuts, Sarah is now in Taylor's room with her.)

Taylor: So Sarah decided to contribute. After much protest, she is here.

Sarah: I'm only doing this for you guys. (Winks) Video blogging - still stupid. As for Taylor, little baby brat. (She pushes Taylor.)

Taylor: Don't touch me Sarah.

(Sarah waves her arms around Taylor's head.)

Sarah: I'm not touching you. I'm not touching you.

Taylor: Sarah, stop it.

(She pushes Sarah. Sarah pushes her back.)

Taylor: So, what should we do?

Sarah: You tell me chief. Your idea.

Taylor: What do boys like?

(Sarah looks at the camera suggestively and begins to unzip her jacket.)

Taylor: What are you doing?! Sarah!!

(She moves in front of Sarah. Camera cuts and Sarah is sitting on the bed with her back to the camera.)

Taylor: Sarah is now officially in time out. I'm going to present to you a more PG form of entertainment - soccer! I'm going to share with you a little soccer slang. I'm going to tell you all the ways...

Sarah: Booooorrrinnnngg.

Taylor: ...all the ways that you can say you beat someone. You waste them, you paste them, we took them out behind the wood pile, we...

(Sarah gets up and puts her hand over Taylor's mouth.)

Sarah: Every time you score a goal, a starving child in Africa dies.

Taylor: God, you're so morbid.

(Cuts to Taylor and Sarah sitting next to each other again.)

Taylor: Well, that didn't go over too well here. (Sarah shakes her head no.) Sarah thinks she can do things that are more funny, (Sarah nods her head yes.) so without further adieu, I present stupid Sarah tricks.

(Sarah lifts her leg up and bends it in various directions.)

Taylor: Okay, that's just lame. You want to be impressed? I can do this.

(She gets close the the camera and begins to shake her eyeballs. Sarah does weird things with her tongue. Taylor "honks" her nose.)

Sarah: (over the top of Taylor's honking noise) You, you were adopted.

(Cuts to the girls holding cherries.)

Taylor: Now for the grand finale, Sarah will attempt to tie a cherry stem into a knot using only her tongue.

Sarah: A very difficult task.

(The girls put the cherries in their mouth. After a few seconds, they take them out. Sarah's is in a knot, but Taylor's is just bent.)

Sarah: Ta da!

Taylor: I came kinda close... So I think that's all we got for you today boys. Hope we weren't too boring.

Sarah: I don't have anything to say.

Taylor: Well, that's because you're a boring person.

Sarah: No, actually, I'm terribly intellectual, I just chose to not be narcissistic like some people.

Taylor: I'm not narciss... I'm not.

Notes

  • While Sarah is in her "time out", she flashes a corna toward the camera. While she most likely uses this symbol in its "Rock 'n' Roll" context, the corna also has many associations with the Occult. Aleister Crowley used a variation on this symbol in rituals to form the "Horns of Pan." [1] [2]
  • Sarah's tongue dexterity insinuates both licentious sexual proclivities as well as duplicitous speech--two traits often associated with the Occult (and teens).
  • This video appeared on YouTube before it appeared on lonelygirl15.com
  • Not only is this the first official video of Taylor's, it's also the first of hers to have "Faction: The Resistance" written in the summary. Some think that this now means that Taylor might be with BDJ now to actually fight the Order.
  • Jonas replied to this video on YouTube by saying "Wow Taylor, thanks so much for making this vid. It made Daniel and me laugh - we kind of needed that."
  • Many fans speculated that the scene with Taylor "honking" her nose was simply a sound effect or something added in later, but it was later revealed that it was actually a talent of Becki Kregoski's.
  • Sarah and Taylor's discussion of what boys like could also be interpreted as a discussion of a girls role in pleasing her boy, a fine topic for feminist discussion.
  • Sarah use of the word narcissistic is either incorrect or hypocritical. Taylor's tendency to be perky and hospitable is not narcissistic. However, Sarah's self description (i'm terribly intellectual) and attitude is very narcissistic.
