Creepy Van Man is an employee (of some sort) of LifesBlood Labs. He and another LBL employee kidnapped Jonas for some reason. After Jonas was rescued by Sarah, Creepy Van Man was assigned to stalk Reed. In an encounter with all three resisters, Creepy Van Man punched Sarah in the face, but overall, was defeated by Jonas.
