Creepy Van Man is an employee (of some sort) of LifesBlood Labs. He and another LBL employee kidnapped Jonas for some reason. After Jonas was rescued by Sarah, Creepy Van Man was assigned to stalk Reed. In an encounter with all three resisters, Creepy Van Man punched Sarah in the face, but overall, was defeated by Jonas. Several weeks later, Creepy Van Man tracks Maggie down but she knocks him unconscious. Creepy Van Man's current whereabouts are unknown.
