(Camera shows Gavin sitting near the camera with Kate and Tariq fighting in the other room)

Gavin This is why you don't want a high maintanance bird.

(Cut to Tariq arguing with Kate. Gavin seems to be holding the camera around the corner to catch their fight)

Tariq: Well why the-why you telling me that today for? But you couldn't have told me that yesterday or the day before?

Kate: I can't believe you're not trusting me! This is absolutely ridiculous!

Tariq: How can you expect me to trust you?

Kate: Tariq please.

Tariq: You still haven't even told me why you met your ex-boyfriend.

Kate: Look, I don't wanna talk about it.

Tariq: WHY were you meeting him?? Are you getting back with him??

Kate: (Disgusted) NO!!...Look I've gotta' go. Can you just please come back to me later?

Tariq So you wanna carry on seeing your ex when you have a little bit of fun with me on the side, is that it? Don't push me around, Kate. Or whatever your name is.

Kate: Tariq, he's my ex...my ex! And it's not because I wanted to, it's because I have to....he was in one of my dreams.

Tariq: He's in your dream?

Kate Look, it wasn't like that. He was in one of my dreams and I thought that if I met him that I'd be able to figure some things out.

Tariq: Whatever, Kate.

Kate: (Sarcastically) Thanks, Tariq. I can really count on you.

Tariq:...Kate, just look (as she walks away) can you wait a minute!

Kate No, Tariq. I've got to go to the doctors to find out what my abnormal blood thing is. Maybe I'll be able to get some answers. (Kate leaves the room)

Tariq (sighs and goes after her)

(Cut back to Gavin sitting on the couch in the other room)

Gavin And that my friends is why I'm single....Ooh.

(Cut camera to black bra on a heating unit. Gavin hums and pretends to touch it with is finger.)
