In her video What I Found at Topanga Canyon - NBR 2, she finds a small box near the site of The Ceremony with the symbol of The Watchers containing a lock of blond hair. This video was posted on November 5th, ten days before Gemma's video A Watcher.
The production value of this videos suggests it might be an official character.
