Nikki Bower
In her video What I Found at Topanga Canyon - NBR 2, she finds a small box near the site of The Ceremony with the symbol of The Watchers containing a lock of blond hair. This video was posted on November 5th, ten days before Gemma's video A Watcher.
In her video Watchers Everywhere - NBR4, Nikki reads from a copy of Nancy Drew's Guide to Life, a book that was found in a Tachyon drop. "Don't discount faint lines or indecipherable blotches on discarded pieces of paper. A magnifying glass might reveal them to be very small words."
The production value of these videos suggest she might be an official character. In her first video, Nikki displays the URL of the forum, which may point to her being official. Why wouldn't she have just said "the forum" unless she was trying to get more visitors? (Though it could be she's just very thorough.)
However, Nikki's videos lack the repeated cuts found in the other canon videos which gave away Gemma and landed a lot of suspicion on Jonas.
In most of her videos, Nikki is walking around and the camera is following her, even though she is clearly not holding it. Nikki never acknowledges a cameraman, but obviously she has one.
