Talk:List of UGC series not covered on LGPedia
This guidance (beginning with "for organizational reasons") has been removed since the proposed procedure described on the LGPedia:UGC desk was not adopted:
"This page lists all user generated, LG15 or KM-related series that are currently not covered on LGPedia for organizational reasons. Please be aware that usually, new series are given a certain grace period within which they are being covered until an assessment is possible. If a page ends up here, there was likely a reason and a discussion about it. If you think one of these series should be covered on LGPedia, do not simply go forward and create pages for them. Research the argumentation of the previous evaluation first, and if you feel it does not apply anymore, go to LGPedia:UGC desk and file a request for re-evaluation as outlined on that page." ~ QtheC 14:54, 29 August 2008 (CDT)

- It would be immensely helpful. Feel free to add what you can. I left the links as a separate column so you can add multiple links for a series, for example to multiple YouTube accounts or to forum threads.

- I am slogging thru them. Shiori has added links to the all the series now, so I'll work on descriptions. This page by itself is going to be a valuable resource, I suppose (and probably more valuable than the original scattered unorganized pages for each of these series), because many of these series are quite obscure, with many videos seen by less than 200 people in some cases. --Milowent 10:15, 25 March 2008 (CDT)
- I'm planning on taking off the New Girls once the first phase is over (when we're implementing the page that's currently in the Sandbox). They're not being removed, only their separate series pages are. FH and I decided compounding the series information onto the New Girls page wouldn't be a bad idea. So, to make my incessant babbling coherent, you don't have to worry (at least not too much) about summaries for them. - Shiori 10:39, 25 March 2008 (CDT)

Scdgoofy
I would propose removing Scdgoofy from the list, as he didn't create a "series" of videos at all. He posted three videos, two from the site of "In the Park", and one from the site of the the doctor's office Bree's visited. Scdgoofy is independently noteworthy for discovering the lonelygirl15 trademark that was a substantial factor in the discovery of the Creators, but I don't think he needs to be listed here as a UGC series. --Milowent 10:18, 25 March 2008 (CDT)
Cassieressurection
Perhaps I missed a prior discussion on this, but I don't see why Cassieressurection shouldn't just be included on the Tier 2 Cassie UGC page, and deleted from this page. --Milowent 14:21, 25 March 2008 (CDT)
- Heh, it was more of a technical reason. Most of the Cassie series did not have their own page, so in her original suggestion, Zoey just put them all together as Cassie UGC. Exactly because Cassieresurrection should be on that same page, she listed its page as Tier 1, to have it deleted. I'll take it off.
