::that is true.  it is perhaps insignificant that picture is there anyway.  if you look back in the history, someone speculated that jessica rose had renewed her contract based off the presence of the picture.  that is a bit of a stretch but the snapshot was interesting none the less... how long has it been since her image has been included in a video? - [[user:platypusrex256|platy]] mar 22

:I'm unsure, but if this note were to ever be significant, the best chance it would have if it notes how long it's been since we've seen the collage (not necessarily "a picture of Bree"), which though I'm not sure, may be as long ''as'' Opening the Box.

platy doesn't like this note

  • Although Carl references getting proxy notices in connection with stock options he claims to have received from Verdus, a holder of stock options does not yet own actual stock, and would have no need to give a proxy. Proxies are given by a voting shareholder who cannot attend a shareholder meeting or otherwise participate in a shareholder vote, and authorizes a designee to vote the shares. Perhaps Carl has exercised his stock options and is now an actual shareholder of Verdus. However, that fact by itself would likely not be the source of his knowledge that the Board meets on the third Friday of every month. Shareholders do not participate or vote at meetings of a Board of Directors.
  • the language is more complicated than needed
  • carl does not say anything about a board of directors only a board which could mean nothing more than the board of shareholders. if this is incorrect language, it is an under stable mistake from someone who isn't business savvy.
  • note could be reduced to observation, that carl has received options and implies that he is currently a shareholder
  • suggestion: a more thorough explanation of how this stock opions / shareholders / proxy voting works could be helpful as a seperate page.
  • and it is poor practice to being a sentance with a conjunction ;-p

Because it's already mentioned in the transcript. If you want, we can link the word Collage back to Opening the Box, but there's no point in being redundant, is there? --Pheon 15:32, 22 March 2008 (CDT)
that is true. it is perhaps insignificant that picture is there anyway. if you look back in the history, someone speculated that jessica rose had renewed her contract based off the presence of the picture. that is a bit of a stretch but the snapshot was interesting none the less... how long has it been since her image has been included in a video? - platy mar 22
I'm unsure, but if this note were to ever be significant, the best chance it would have if it notes how long it's been since we've seen the collage (not necessarily "a picture of Bree"), which though I'm not sure, may be as long as Opening the Box.
