The template has class="aphidblock" defined, so a nice admin could edit Mediawiki:Monobook.css and add.aphidblock a {font-weight: bold; color: #627d6d; text-decoration: none;} .aphidblock a:hover {text-decoration: underline;}to improve the styling.
