Hmm... so I'm confused. How many different Franks are we working with Frankiswaking, Franklin, Frankiswaiting and yet another? (Jay's head starts spinning.) Was the Frank in CIW known as anything other than Frank? If so, it would be good to say so in the name of his article. So, for example, maybe Frank (schizophrenic) or Frank (CIW character) or something like that. Then, with this many Frank's, we should probably make the Frank page into a disambiguation.--JayHenry 10:01, 11 January 2007 (CST)

Yeah, in wikis a disambiguation page is exactly what you described, a short page that gives brief descriptions of the different Franks and links to the full article. I started one at Frank.--JayHenry 10:37, 11 January 2007 (CST)

Hehehe, Ms Kelly is probably scrambling to put together a video on safe sex practices! OwenIsCool 20:21, 15 January 2007 (CST)

I posted a reply to your Moonchild speculation query in the Talk:Aleister Crowley page. I hope that's useful, if not, just let me know! OwenIsCool 23:39, 15 January 2007 (CST)

Hi LG422,
I think it's great that your adding a lot of info to the wiki that other people haven't bothered to post, such as backgrounds of notable fans and interesting locations from LG15 and spinoffs. However, a while back we started trying to cut down on very short articles, mostly because it's easier for users not to have to click on a link just to read a sentence or two about a tangential subject. So going forward, before creating new pages, would you consider including their information wherever it is relevant? (i.e. include some background on the user if they are mentioned in CiW as having done something meaningful.) If there's more than a couple of sentences to say about a particular subject, then it should be included in a separate article.

I was just bitching to a buddy of mine how little folks know or care about how we got where we are. I've started 3 zillion and 5 articles and I am bumping them up as they go along in other words..some are rather short right now..but TRUST me..I dont say hello in less than 500 words...I am just ADD as hell. . Actually most of these sleuths have done videos. Some fall into the category of just posting slueth info..others do some fan fiction. I am of the opinion..if they have a video..it gets a page..unless its a straight response video. I can always combine later. I am trying to watch the pages I am starting and am mindful of bringing them back in down the road..right now..there is just SOOOOO MUCH to the story that is lacking. What we have to remember is that WE are the story in the forums..if we spent weeks chatting about something..thats something that should be chronicled. I am gonna start whoring into my old forum posts of various subjects if they still exist..they are fun..hah.As to the places..I don't see myself doing too many pages like the Azusa page..it just hit me..thats a pretty damn important place and there have been a TON of people that filmed there. As is the playground. Usually you may see some new article from me with a few lines and think..wow..what a waste of space..but often I have a lot more in my gourd for that page. Also..I am LINK HAPPY as hell..but what I usually will do is link out to a regular wikipage. Just bear with me for a bit..I got a ton of stuff rattling around this damn noggin of mine and I am just organizing it as I remember...fillin in details later. Anyway...I talk too much..SEE! --LordGreystoke422 00:18, 17 January 2007 (CST)
I know you mean the best and I like that you bring a fresh perspective. Since a wiki is very different from a forum (well, you knew that, duh) I just wanted to help you make your contributions in an appropriate way. I'm glad you're aware that the pages are a bit lacking in content for now, and I understand they can take a while to develop. Keep at it and let me know if I can be of any assistance!
