the newest philosophy is "I'll quit when I'm ready to quit" =P
I've heard a study, don't remember who by, where he basically said that the reason we smoke is because we keep thinking of reasons to smoke and then I went to smoke to think on that

Yeah, but I want to get pregnant.  Gotta quit. Though, it's not been easy for me to get prego so far, maybe quitting smoking NOW instead of 'when I am' will help.

We smoke because the residual nicotine in our systems makes us crave more. Bathing in epsom salt is supposed to leech this nicotine out of our bodies, making it easier to kick.

I was addicted to nicotine before I started smoking.
