I'd like to point a few things out.

Why would Bree be memorizing the alphabet? If all she is doing at the ceremony is reciting stuff from a dead language, why waste your time learning the alphabet. All she has to do is know how to say it.

I could understand maybe if each character represented a word, like in Asian langauges, but this is part of the enochian "alphabet", right?

Maybe it because it a bibliomancy type ceremony also where she doesnt know what she will recite.

okay speaking about the picture in the background with the 3 people:
When I looked closely at it after everyone started talking about it I immediately saw this:
It's bree's dad, bree, and daniel.
Cause the last person looked to much like him. He had the same type of outfit on Daniel had when he did the video about going to the play.
I mean that's the first thing that came to mind when i saw it.

So don't know if it has any significance just that its there from the play.

Well, this vid proved it. The entire "lonelygirl" game is washed up. Maybe it was overhyped, maybe the side stories outshined it...who the f**k knows. But, none the less, the Lonelygirl storyline blows.

According to this page: http://www.somaluna.com/prod/vision_and_the_voice_by_aleister_crowley.asp?m=129 , The Vision and the Voice is the record of Crowley's visionary exploration of the 30 AEthyrs of the Enochian system of magick ...........This text is the source of many of the spiritual doctrines of Thelema, including much of its theogony, particularly concerning the All-Father Chaos and the goddess Babalon.

Also, the two circles on the nailpolish? Could just be Cover Girl, who's symbol is a C and G entertwined. Smile

It could also be Channel. Not that has anything to do with anything, I think.

Ha! Didn't even think of that. This white trash girl has never looked at a bottle of Channel nailpolish in her life! Very Happy

But, like you said, not that it has anything to do with anything. Laughing

hey, i'm a long time lurker here. just thought i would chime in a bit about the nail polish. i'm a nail polish "collector" and i find it interesting that it seems to be a focus in this video.

i do believe the nail polish bottle is cover girl, but it is a really old bottle. that style of bottle is no longer made.

it is defintely not chanel. but i also do not think the brand has any real significance.

what i do find interesting, though, is that the top of the bottle is in our view so that we notice it, and there is an obvious small amount that was spilled (dripped?) onto the paper on the desk. from what i can tell, the colors seem to match.

but if you look closely.... Bree is not wearing any nail polish on her fingernails. so, what is she using it for?

In order to explain to you what I have found I might have to repeat some of the information that others have posted.

1) The symbols shown in the video are most definitely enochian. The name of the symbols: are veh, don, fam, un.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enochian

( Enochian, and the magickal system that Dee and Kelley based on it, were incorporated by Aleister Crowley as part of his popular and influential system)

2) The symbols stand for the letters C, R, S, A; which could be pronounced "cahrsorn", "cahrisa", "carshrisa". I'm really not sure.

3) A similar word, "cahisa" is used in some versions of the Enochian Calls; a series of prayers and affirmations popularized by Dr John D, and Sir Edward Kelley.

http://www.totse.com/en/religion/pagans_and_wiccans/enochkey.html

4) As you look at the so called "second key" listed in the previous link (and it's translation right underneath), if enochian is written left to right (like english), the english word that correspond to "cahisa" is "wedding". This is just a thought though, I can't say I'm certain. But if you think about it, Equinox rituals (no matter the religion of the participants) tend to involve a little representation of the cycle of life. There are not only sacrifices and deaths, but there's marriage and birth. Perhaps the ritual Bree is going to participate in is a wedding?

5) Another more simple theory is that she's simply doing bibliomancy.

http://www.ananael.net/fequinox.html

6) If she really is a member of a pagan organization (which I have a feeling she is due to all the occult references), she'll be reading from the book of law.

Maybe the polish is a "stand in" for blood while Bree practices!

I didn't see this link in here, so I'll post it in hopes it will be useful sometime...

http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Thebes/5777/enochian.txt

It's like a small dictionary, but I didn't find any translation for asrc(k) or crsa, or anything really. =/

My friend (a girl) says that it's more likely to be Chanel and not CoverGirl, CoverGirl is too cheap to have a bottle like that, especially one from back in the day that discontinued.
We found this:

Not that it matters, but I remembered that Jessica Rose was a makeup artist and probably has Chanel over a drugstore brand to bring along to the "set"
Oh and maybe she painted her toenails instead of her fingernails

Chartreuse may refer to:

The color traditionally known by both artists and the general public as chartreuse, which is the color between Green-yellow and Yellow and is equivalent to the web color Lime.
Chartreuse, a brand of liqueur produced in the Chartreuse monastery.
The web color Chartreuse, which is named after the greenish color of the Chartreuse liqueur. This is the color between Green-yellow and Green which is traditionally known as harlequin.
The Chartreuse Mountains north of Grenoble, France.
The Grande Chartreuse, a Carthusian monastery in the Chartreuse mountains.
La Chartreuse de Parme (English: The Charterhouse of Parma), a famous novel by 19th century French writer Stendhal
The Girl from the Chartreuse is a book by Pierre Péju and also the title of the adapted film by Jean-Pierre Denis.

hmmm.... wonder what this tag is meant for

" The final wine mention in the story comes late in the story, as Jay Gatsby approaches his tragic doom. A bottle of Chartreuse is perhaps one of the last sweet flavors Gatsby has.

Chartreuse is a French liqueur, dating back to 1605. The Carthusian monks first received a recipe to the "Elixir of Long Life" in this year. Starting with 71% wine alcohol, a mixture of 130 herbs and spices created a potent medicinal beverage. There is now also a Green Chartreuse, at 55% alcohol, and a Yellow Chartreuse at a mild 40% "

Maybe a ceremonial or celebration wine for the equinox?

the Chanel bottle is short and squarish. the old Cover Girl bottles were flat, with a tall, skinny round top. that bottle in the video is definitely an older Cover Girl. i used to have many of those bottles. the top of the bottle is way too thin and round to be Chanel.

Maybe she has to paint something in the ceremony? Like, write out a phrase with a brush?

yeah i was thinking that too. she needed it to paint something. the color looks reddish, or a darker red. to represent blood maybe?

it would make sense then to use a cheap brand of nail polish, like Cover Girl, rather than something expensive, like Chanel, if she's just going to waste it by painting something other than her fingers or toes.
