I don't think the original poster was actually saying that Bree is mentally challenged.. just kidding around that Bree is acting pretty.. stupid. |

there's also the possibility that she was traumatized as a child. when you're exposed to something horrible at a young age, a part of you stays at that age mentally. mixed with the isolation of homeschooling and no friends, i guess you get bree? |

The reason she does all those things like talking to stuffed animals and "going on dates with them" is because right now she's scared. She doesn't know where her parents are, she is constantly arguing with the only friend that is there with her through all of this... She feels safe doing those things, it doesn't mean she's autistic or anything. |

I agree with the whole regression theory. Remember, she's only supposed to be 16 years old, right? You don't have to regress to far at her age before you start playing with stuffies and being clueless. _________________ When the moon is round and full, gonna teach you tricks that'll blow your mind |

Anna, I think I'm falling in love with your avatar.
Who has seen the movie Identity with John Cusack? I just had a sudden fear that we are going to get a vid soon of Bree in a hospital gown looking like a space cadet being spoon-fed by her parents.. and that we will be told that this whole thing was just a figment of her imagination, hence the lockdown. *gasp*
Before you torch me, know that I'm only [half] kidding. |

I thought she might be, actually. Maybe she has some form of autism? |
I have often wondered if she has Asperger's the so-called 'high-functioning autism'.

Good question. And you know I was rewatching her older videos the other day and I noticed something I didn't remember seeing. In the video where she interduces P. Monkey, she says he helps her out and then it gets closer to her face and repetes what she just said "helps me out" I don't know what the reason for doing that would be but I sure didn't think anything of it before, but then again that was when I thought all of this was real and such.
Um, I dunno she is a little odd. Hehe. But I don't think shes mentally challenged. But I do think she acually believes they can talk to her or something..Which is a bit different.
But yeah, I think mentally challenged is a bit much. Heh. _________________ "Would you rather be dumber than you look or look dumber than you are?" -Jonas

Hmm, let's see.. I'm a teenage girl.. I have actual issues in my life to deal with, not just "I think (whine) my parents (whine) are (whine) gone.."
.. and I manage to deal with them without taking everyone around me for granted and treating them like.. well, let's just say not treating them well... and spending all my time complaining like a broken record and eventually sulking off to a corner (or worse, the middle of a public park) to talk to my stuffed animals.
I'm not saying I'm a normal teenaged girl, but if there even is such a thing as a normal teenaged girl.. Bree isn't one of them.
And before you spring on me for that, let's take into consideration that she is a very carefully planned character, and perhaps the Creators should have taken into account.. gee, I don't know... normal human behavior before writing. |

I'm glad she's wacko. How exciting would this series be if it was about a level headed girl who eats oatmeal and reads a book at the library all day? |
