That is strange indeed, Cassie seems to have a fondness for dots and dashes, listening for the knocks could very well mean listen for morse code, like SivartAlappes said.

But there are so many things it could mean, in Cassies second video it shows the camera zooming into the same wall Bree was waiting against, while the background audio previously in the video translates into "Come and get me" and "I was here", playing that creepy song in the back.

Of course we could think that she feels trapped within a wall, asking for help and listen for the knocks which will be in morse code.

She's such a riddle...

What creeped me out was, that night I read this message, I was lying in bed and I heard knocks through my wall!! I still don't know what that was.
