No, I'm 100% positive he said "itskassie is not canon," and I know a few people on the main page say the same. Don't you remember a billion people asking "do you mean itskassie or itscassie?"
I only nitpick here, because it makes me worry that "itscassie" could be canon, or be picked up canon, from the fact that they showed up at the chat at all. |

I applaud the effort. If you dont like it dont watch it. Being mean to this poor girl says more about you than it does about her. I think its awesome that she is making videos. I think its awesome that so many people make fan videos. I think that it is rude when they are made fun of and hurtful things are said about them.

I was just joking. I really would never do that to someone. I feel bad for people who put themselves out there and get overwhelmed by people making fun of their efforts.

By the way, I think it is nice that the makers of lg15 were intrigued enough to go to the chat. With words, they have encouraged people to make their own videos. It's good to see them take an interest in a fan-video creators with actions (or at least a presence.)
I only hope the negative behavior of some people during the chat does not discourage the lg15 folks from trying to work out the bugs that were apparent during the first chat in order to try to stage another more successful chat. I know if I were them, (and of course I'm not) I wouldn't want a character (or whoever is playing a character in chat) to be barraged with rude comments, purposefully-ridiculous questions and a bunch of spam-like side chatter.
By the way, (in an off-topic way) last night was my first experience ever in a chat. Yikes! It is hard to keep up (especially for someone as long-winded as I am)!
I don't mean to be a nagging, time-burglar with this big ole post.
I probably should have just said:
"Yeah, Holly. Great points. I agree."

Ugh, that chat was absolutely pointless. She's not becoming canon, people should stop debating it. No way will the creators ever canonize her. Its a character jack and not a very good one at that. She's too afraid to speculate and veer off the plotline too much. Maybe if she took a few risks...
How could itskassie be canon if itscassie isn't? I don't see how that would work... |

People are as entitled to criticize, even in a not-particularly-constructive manner, as others are to make fanfics. I don't have to applaud anything I don't feel is worth applauding.
Though I'll give her that it's well filmed and edited, if it makes me seem less horrible a person. 
I sound really negative, but I really like LG15, and if itscassie had been canon or had become canon, I feel LG15 would be a lot worse of for it.

No one assumed itskassie was canon-- the problem with Miles saying "itskassie isn't canon" was that we don't know if meant that itscassie isn't. That might have just been his way of not saying anything.
Though I really don't think it's all that impossible that itscassie could become canon, he said itscassie is "really cool" at one point. |

I don't think anyone is suggesting that people applaud whomever they don't want to applaud.
People could just be considerate. Or people can choose to be thoughtless. It is obviously up to an individual to decide if he/she wants to be a kind person or a mean person, and how one chooses to spend his/her energy, I guess.

ok ok, heres what I think itscassie really is...
She's not cannon, shes a test. The creators are using her to see how we would respond to such a character. I don't think she ever will be "canon" but she is fanfic, and a well liked fanfic believe it or not. The people who don't like her are always more vocal than the people who do.
I don't see what the big deal is if she is ever cannon. You don't have to watch her! You don't have to watch any of the other characters if you don't want to!
I think the whole reason for the chat was to end it with her "im dizzy" talk, which leads you into her latest video, which is by far the most interesting yet.
I like to see where shes going with this, and if the creators want to mention her, or guide her story in anyway, I don't see where thats a problem. If the creators did get involved with her, (if they arn't already) then you can just expect it to be way better than it is now!
and there is certainly no reason to get all pissy now, when no cannonization had even been mentioned! Thats like, getting pissed because you think P Diddy is going to be president!
