I really dont think this could be Bree's imagination. Yeah maybe "just a dream" but that would blow and I would bang my head multiple times feeling stupid for the devotion into this show. Or at least mild obsession.
It would be like last night I watched Wicker Man and I watched teh unrated ending. Once it ended I got so mad for watching a 2 hour movie that had a shitty ending. But then stbfiance said there was a different theater ending and it made me happy. But really, if the ending to this series sucks I will be greatly disappointed.
But I dont believe that it could be Bree and a multiple personality disorder. Who would Gemma have been talking to. I really dont see how it could be plausible. I see the Bree=Cassie, but not anyone else.
Everyone (well not everyone but a lot of people) say they dont like the Bree= Cassie but I think it would all add up and make tons more sense where this Cassie girl came from. Just randomly being mentioned and then recently being brought up again. And it would explain her immaturity with her stuffed animals.

I liked this theory during CiW. And although she didn't directly say it, I think, at one point, CiW was telling me to shut up when I mentioned it. So, if the Creators are making CiW canon in a roundabout way (either via the OpA connection or the stupid recent mention by Bree, or both), then their Cassie has also told me to shut up about this theory in an indirect way. I was really pushing the theory pretty hard for awhile there, too...

I love the Cassie= Bree scenario.
I think it would be a great twist.
Not sure how they would approach the controversy with the Manson murder scene. Unless they said Brassie didnt create CiW and someone was impersonating her alternative personality.
