Okay so Im making a playlist on my Itunes to work out to at the gym.

I want some upbeat dance-like songs that will keep me going... I have a few.. but need more.

Do any of you guys have any good recommendations of good work out songs? I like pretty much all types of music.. as long as it is upbeat enough for me to work out my booty to it Smile

At work, I use techno or house CD's for warmups. The tempo stays the same, its just the rest of the stuff that changes, so it gives the girls a real consistent warm up/stretch/abdominal series to start class with.

thanks guys! I looked through my itunes library and found some songs that were pretty good... and I downloaded some techno and some club mixes (a lot of them have old songs like BA mentioned, dude they bring back the memories!)

And of course Autopilate would say something to make me laugh... But thats actually a good one...haha....

i found a radio station here that plays all the good 'old' but not TOO OLD rap and r&b songs..from like i duno 6 - 8 yrs ago? its great.

you know what else is...
if your on the tredmill, and its a IPod video, podcast the LG15/Op/Tach videos and work out to them...it fun.
plus you come up with the most messed up theories.

my ipod is completely LG-ed up...it's a little sad...but it's fun. especially when you come up with messed up ideas while up feeding the baby at 4am...
and on the tredmill...lol.
