I definitely would get some screen caps if YouTube had it up on there site because i would download it and look at it through my vid editor.

lol I'm probably way off but I made it really loud and I couldn't really make it out very well but it sounded like they were arguing over where to point the camera...I kinda thought I heard one of them say "What's that car doing" and the other saying "Leave it...Just leave it alone ok"....

Here's some screencaps.
Firstly, during the beginning of the vid Daniel has the camera. While they are parked in the lot looking at Bree & Dads car Jonas has the camera when they are looking out the driver side window. Through the whole garage fiasco, Jonas is holding the cam because Jonas is the one filming when the other car speeds up to Bree & Dad. Daniel jumps out to get Bree and calls for her. She parts from Dad and goes running towards Daniel, who is running towards her. Shown here:

... and Bree reaches Daniel

Next, we see some kind of struggle between the figures from the car and Bree's dad. After (what seems like) Dad is ushering Bree towards Daniel (knowing it's some kind of safety for her) turns around to protect Bree and himself from someone who can only be LUCY... dun dun dunn:

(I think the extra pair of legs is the Deacon who we've also seen with Bree's Parents when they were abducted, so to speak)

There is some sort of struggle between the three, with Bree's dad in the middle. Seems like he is the victim:

A shot rings out, Bree screams "no!" - She falls to the ground while Daniel is holding her, because she sees what happens. She keeps looking over her shoulder when they are running to the car:

The three of the finally reach the car, and Jonas starts it up while Daniel tells him to "go go go!". Jonas gets in a last few shots of the trio in question:

... and here's the very FINAL shot we see of the three (whom I believe to be Dad, Lucy and The Deacon), when Jonas is moving the camera to start the car:

As for my OWN speculation, I'll add that stuff later. Just thought I'd give you guys some screenshots. And BTW - Bree was definitely meeting Dad in Los Angeles somewhere. Those street signs, those palm trees, that overcast smoggy sky..... gotta be my home sweet home. One street of which looked like "Temple".

OMG.......

I recon that it is brees dad who got shot, it looked to me like Bree collapsed with grief rather than having been shot. My main resoning is that if she was really badly injured or dead daniel wouldn't have been able to get her in the car so easily and if she was mildly wounded she would be making some sort of noise.
