i think that it was bree's dad who got shot
bree tries to run away from daniel to get to her dad, you can see that by her moves, and if she was shot, daniel would notice.
bree's dad is kinda bended, with the guys from order grabbing him (shot?)
anyway, if bree was shot, they wouldnt upload the video right away, and bree (bree, not jessica) logged into her myspace account so, she's alive Wink

Brees dad is wearing a cap. The theory about them wearing hats when going aganst the order. Dad could be going aganst the order, and be punished. Bang!

But I think it was Bree who got shot. Just looks that way to me, can't back it up, but it kinda looks that way

Oh yeah I remember that but um I don't know about the hat theory because Bree was wearing a hat when she was practicing skateboarding. Was she going against anything then?

Gemma? My theory has Gemma being shot or Gemma doing the shooting...

I only hear one gun shot. If it was a hand gun fired by The Order at Bree and/or Mr. Bree, wouldn't we expect to hear multiple rounds fired off? Plus the sound...I'm not a balistics expert, but the sound of the shot seems more like a single shot sniper rifle than a hand gun.

In the brother vid, we see Gemma sneaking around what appears to be a parking garage. Exits (escape routes) shown toward the end. A White SUV with tinted windows shown parked.

At least three times, I noticed a white SUV with tinted windows in the shooting vid. At the very start it drives by Jonas' window during the stakeout. When they are driving in traffic (following to the parking garage), a white SUV with tinted windows is shown briefly (also following?). In the parking garage when Bree and Daniel are running toward their car, a white SUV with tinted windows is in the background. Was Gemma driving this SUV? Is she working with The Order or did she escape to help the good guys?

It was clearly an attempt by The Order to snag Bree. A perfect location, a parking garage where all exits can be blocked. Someone fired that shot to help them escape. So either...

1. Brother took out Gemma who was assigned to block that exit or

2. Gemma fired at The Order from her sniper's nest to help them escape.

I like the second one, because I'm still not conviced that Gemma is with The Order.

i don't think it was bree that was shot, but i think they could have been aiming at her seen as gemma wanted to "destroy" her

If you watch it closely it looks like that.
but i get what your saying there are a couple of movement that make you wonder.
But afte rthe gun shot, it looks like all the shots with her fatehr and the order people, that her fatehr is bent in half and they are dragging her.

people think i'm seeing things though now...so...maybe i am.

Let's try to get still pics of the guy standing alone. If we can somehow confirm it's Mr. Bree, we get som info.

Like maybe:
Mr. Bree was the one who fired the gun
He was not the one who got shot
He would hopfully not shot his daughter, so Bree's not the one who was shot.

I have had a feeling someone whould die (funeral flowers etc.)
Don't think the creators would kill Bree, Daniel og Bree's dad.
