having now watched that video here's what i have to say about that theory:
i reckon daniel knew about bree leaving in advance but didnt tell jonas, evident by jonas'seagerness to get out of the car compared to daniel only moving when he saw it was necessary
as far as the question of why only one shot and why was bree's dad presuably killed well the evidence point to the fact that bree's dad wasnt shot (he cna apparently be seen still standing) and the video by brother suggests that it was infact gemma that was shot (one shot from a sniper rifle or 9mm carbine as some suggested ths shot sounded to small callibre to be a rifle)
on he other hand only one shot might have been fired because it was meant as a warning shot (over the heads) the order presuming that would make the LG team (or team beast whatever you want to call them) stop and comly with their orders for fear of being shot of course that then raises the question if it was just a warning what was so unthinkable?
equally if it turns out it was indeed bree who was shot (my first instinct when i watched it becuase the video kept pausing) i would think ths caught it in the leg (she is seen to buckle at the knees not pitchforward or throw her chest forward as as a head or chest shot would have done)

well, where gemma is in the tachy video lokks like part of a parking garage... can anyone identify the parking garage so nikki b or someone could check it out?

Which is why I initially thought that it was done intentionally. Now I'm wondering why they took it down. My boyfriend thinks it was bad editting, but how is that possible when they already have the same exact video up on Revver?

Funny thing is, I wasn't even intentionally looking for everything. I usually lurk here and leave all the detective work up to the regulars because you're all so proficient and good at it. I just happened to luck out and have good timing is all, haha! |

if nikki b gets there (if it turns out she's canon) i reckong se wiil fing an empty brass case from the shooting they may even go as far as providing a bullit hole either iin the alley where gemma was or where they met with brees father and the rest of the order or even an odd red stain in he ashfault

If the sound were from brother it would have been louder. Obvously Brother wasn't right next to Gemma, or else she would have seen him, so its probable that he was using a long range gun..and those make lots of noise.

First off, I think the "unthinkable" in the title is the fact that Bree was almost taken by the Order and it was sort of a trap, regardless of if her dad knew or not. Also, the idea that they would shoot into the air as a "warning" isn't likely or what we saw. At no point did the man or the woman raise their arm to shoot in the air. Also, why would you shoot the ceiling of a parking garage? Thats really dangerous, not only to Bree's dad, but to the person who shot the gun. What goes up, must come down..especially when its going that speed..and hits something.

I really don't think it was Bree who got shot. At the end of the video, Bree climbs into the car..yes, Daniel pushes her in, but just so that he can get in the car faster so they can drive away quickly. She isn't sitting there clutching her side, bent over or anything.

First off, I doubt Bree is dead. She posted a blog on myspace after it happened, remember? Also, Daniel and Bree have had bad luck from the beginning, so I don't think they'll suddenly turn to Jonas and blame him for all their problems. As for Daniel and Bree leaving Jonas behind..they might, but only if they suspect the Order followed them to Jonas' place. They strike me as the kind of people who wouldn't want to bring harm to an innocent in the situation, if indeed Jonas is said "innocent".

Well, I did take a screen-cap of the info box because I still had the video up when the comments all disappeared. It says the same exact thing, so I'm obviously not paying close enough attention to detail. Some detective I'd make!
