I resolved to go back to the gym and to quit smoking. I haven't had a cigarette since Monday night and I started working out Wednesday.

I'm going to exersize more...not drink Soda...and basically lose 10 lbs by April. Which should be easy.

When I stopped drinking soda and drinking more water, I lost 5 lbs right off the bat.

If you quit drinking soda, you can lose at least 10 lbs a year.
Most people gain weight BECAUSE of soda.
I know my Uncle Tony used to be real big..and he had this theory that the carbonation from the soda...all those bubbles...made his stomach big...so he quit drinking soda for a year or two...and its weird to say it like this, but his stomach has really deflated and he's lost SO MUCH weight...maybe around 80 lbs.

Lots and lots of sugar and empty calories in soda. I'm trying to get myself off of it, again. Well, I only went back to Sprite, so at least I don't have to worry about caffeine headaches again, lol.

Stopping soda isn't that hard...just replace with with a capri sun or juice....or just water. Once you stop, a few weeks later, you won't even think about it. =P

mmmm capri suns. they are one of my addictions.
those are just as bad, they have massive ammounts of sugar. except for the new 100% natural ones, but those taste like ass.
