Awesome so far. Other than Curb Your Enthusiasm, I've never really watched anything on HBO before, so while I knew they had free license to get away with gratuitous sex/nudity and violence/gore, I was not truly prepared for the stuff I saw. It was graphic. It was lurid. It was awesome.  The only problem I've had so far is keeping some characters in order cause there are a LOT of, ahem, "older men" in that show that kinda all look alike.  |

I know, and I really need to get a job. Even if it cuts into my Mirage time. I just can't afford to be in debt other than my student loans, and that's where I'm heading.
No, I haven't heard from Cookie boy yet. We were gonna get back together sometime after the holidays were over, and I haven't emailed him, but then he hasn't emailed me either *shifty eyes* but then he knew I was going out of town and had no idea when I'd be back, so I'm guessing the ball's in my court.

I liked 6 Feet Under whenever I could see it, and I loved Big Love the first season. Too bad I don't have HBO anymore so I can't watch it

i think i'm just going to have to start watching it then! i'm with you, the only shows on hbo i watch are entourage, da ali g show, and the occasional episode of curb your enthusiasm. i love the fact that hbo doesn't have to censor or tone down any of the content, but it does get a little extreme at times.
anyways i think i'm going to go take a nap - have a good afternoon everyone! |

Ew, yes, I'm gonna be starting work this year too. I'm actually thinking about taking on a second job during the night at a package store...I dunno, I met the new owner last night and he's kinda...weird.
Yeah, I gotta say, it does sound like the ball is in your court. However, you've got a pretty damn excuse as to why you haven't called him yet, so I wouldn't worry too much.
*snuggle* I'm so glad you're here, yet sorry you're sick. Other than that was the family holiday extravaganza all right? |

yeah, I'm sure he'll understand. I'm gonna wait til I'm not on 20 types of cold/flu meds I can't be held responsible for what I'm doing right now.
Family stuff was good, the evil cousin didn't come, and the new baby in the family is SO cute. Because I'm the only girl without a baby at all of these things (besides my sister, but she's not able to go obviously) so I end up playing with the youngest baby so that its parents can eat and enjoy themselves without having to worry.

Aww! Good for you! That means you're getting all the baby training in so when you and Cookie boy have a little...chocolate chip you'll know exactly what to do! So were you sick for New Years? I still would have swapped spit with ya!

LOL I wasn't sick or nothing and I still stayed in and did nothing, so I don't think you're that boring.
