I have lots and lots of gatorade - although I can only assume it's rehydrating my body as much as it's dehydrating (stupid sodium!). It's a lot tastier than water!

Yeah but gatorade tastes so good when your sick!!
Im starting to feel a little under the weather again myself.. but im trying to avoid it.

yeah im feeling kinda "weird" , so Im drinking lots of water and vitamin c and stuff... So Im hoping it will pass.
Im okay with a minor cold (if I HAVE to be sick) , but I definently dont want the flu. Ick.

Gatorade's good, but it makes me SO thirsty. Earlier today I went on a run (5 miles, whew, I'm out of shape, lol!) and afterwards, I downed like 2 bottles of Gatorade and I was even more thirsty than I was to begin with.

Yeah it does have that effect sometimes.
Luckily I love water.. so when Im really thirsty I can drink a bunch of water and be good.
