Our innocent girl is still innocent, and Daniel is still whatever Daniel was.

For an innocent girl to go from a single kiss being a big trauma, to everything goes, all in one step, while sober, - not likely. It's also not like Daniel, as he would know he was taking advantage of her at a time when she was desperately seeking his help.

there is NO WAY bree, the girl who talks to stuffed animals, would have changed so much in such a short period of time (especially after her loss, which one could assume would cause her to regress further) that she would have had sex with daniel right now. i think daniel is as inexperienced as bree...

"walk of shame" could refer to the fact that since they are staying in jonas's house as GUESTS daniel felt shameful that he might be seen walking back to his room from bree's in the morning, because jonas would then likely assume "the worst".

1. hooking up can also mean a relationship started. and like others have said, the intense part was hugging.

2. the walk of shame implies sex to the witnesses but the walker may not have gotten any. or, according to a wikipedia entry:

"In the television programme The Weakest Link and Survivor, the walk of shame is the walk from the podium or Tribal Council, to an area offstage, where the contestant gives his or her final thoughts."

I'm kind of on the fence between the rays of sunlight filtering in on intact purity and plot to fool the order.

Although... if Bree was like any 17 year old girl that I know (which she isn't, and that's probably a good thing), the oral option would be the most likely. Because apparently if it isn't sex to Clinton it isn't sex.
