So I tried one of those South Beach Diet wraps (they are kinda packed like lunchables, an on the go type of lunch)
And Im not on the south beach diet by the way, but I picked a few of them up because they were on sell, plus Im always looking for easy lunch items for work. (I like to get a few extra minutes of sleep rather than making lunch, lol)
Anyways, I tried the southwestern chicken wrap.... And it was pretty good! I just wanted to share that with you guys, in case any of you wanted to try it. It had 2 tortillas, chicken, cheese, salsa and also a little cup of jello on the side. And it filled me up!

Tonight was...cottage cheese with tomato and cornbread with margarine and honey.

Last night I made pork chops and then made milk gravy with the drippings and had mashed potatoes and cream corn. Not the healthiest, but a tasty comfort food night for me.

I love the Caesar Salad wrap at Friendly's. Its really good. ^_^ Healthy too.
I don't know what I'll make for dinner yet...hmm *opens up kraftfoods.com website*

I'm going to be busy making more bagels and english muffins and possibly some biscotti, tonight. I'm guessing my dinner will be whatever bits of the aforementioned that I eat.
