I considered it to be such a minor spoiler that I didn't think anybody would be upset that I posted it. All we know is that they leave Jonas's house and meet another girl. We have no idea why the video is named "Truth or Dare" and, of course, they could still change the name of it...
I'm sorry I even started this thread. I was really excited about what I thought was some good news in the series. I thought this was really cool news. All it's done is make people mad at me and at the Creators.
My excitement, needless to say, has withered.

No, no! Don't wither! I thought it was a great find. Besides, whether you posted it or not, it was gonna get posted. Other people posted seconds behind you, the Creators posted info on it, plus it's getting all over the net news.
Whether we like the idea of her being on or not, everybody has to admit, it's an interesting turn of events that we will ALL be watching!

I think it is kind of neat to know something about the story ahead of time. I have been rather whiny lately about not knowing things, so I am excited to be able to speculate about the episode, then see if I am right.
I won't bore all of you with my speculations (just close friends and family). Wish me luck!

It was more than likely her management team. Look, she did this for free. The creators are using her music...more than likely gratis. She has an ablum coming out that she needs to promote. Her management has every right in the world to announce her appearance. That's how her fans know how to find her.
This is not any different than a guest star on ER. When Jerry Lewis guest starred last season, they didn't keep it a surprise. Of COURSE they announced that he'd be appearing. That's what gets people to tune in.
I'm just amazed that the biggest complaints about this are coming from he ARG people, when the ARG...whether they want to recognize it or not, is a separate entity from the series.
As a follower of the ARG, I'm not bothered in the least by this. Partly because there hasn't been any interaction with the ARG for over a month now. |

Wow! I can't believe that there are fourteen pages of arguments about Katharine McPhee guest starring on LG15 this Friday!
I think it's a brilliant move; anything the creators can do to gain more exposure will only make LG15 more popular. Way to go! |

I sense the people who are complaining most about her apperance being announce don't get out so much. I mean it's the way the world works, nobody does nothing for nothing. It's a perfect set up and BOTH sides would be STUPID to not say anything until it happens. I am just flabergasted that some people can't see this. Not saying that you aren't entitled to that opinion, but what good is an article "McPhee guest starred on LG15 but it's all over now"?! With this pre-emption, her fans and everyone else that reads it might be looking forward to it, those who don't know so much will look up the series, learn a bit about it, and get ready. Also a bit of a buzz, like appearing in the papers, will mount over the next two days. Waiting until after it happened to make a few ARGers happy is just ridiculous, talk about 0 pay-off!
