I think etchings is a new game... not related to cassie. But it could just be someone stalking someone and posting it on youtube. They do that. Criminals are stupid.

Wasn't the missing guy supposed to be looking for the first clue at the swimming hole? Think I read something like that. It could be an interesting spin-off, but there should be a hint on what the clue is and stuff, not just a simple "come and get it" copy.

just for your consideration, what if this "etchings" guy is just some random fan who was staking out the areas from the vidoes and saw this guy. He says he's seen Cassie and the guy in the video, I assume, is who he's refering to. I think the quality of his camera or software are irrelivant if it's a fan that just happened to have caught something. Just becuase he isn't going about it the way you would want him to doesn't mean it's not happening. And I thought of something. Maybe this Cassie, fake or not is planning on telling us where she's been or where she's been "waiting". The last Etchings video is in the Bay Area. Bree and the park are in the LA area. Remember when Cassie said she'd be "waiting above" us? SanFrancisco is North (above) LA. just something to think about.

Some girl at the other cassieiswatching forum seems to recognise the place. She asks if there's any other Texans out there and in the etchings journal (livejournal.com/~ihaveseenhim that we got from the first video) has a picture of Texas so it seems not to be in California at all. Which just makes it a spin-off fanfic/game in my eyes since I don't see how it's like Cassie at all. with the clue drop video, it's a standard way of clue dropping, I've played other ARGs where it's been done like that before. and if you check out the other topics and stuff you can see we found an 'S' as well as a T, so we appear to be collecting letters for something.

I think what happened was Jem started dating this really HOT aspiring actress. She got depressed over her lack of success and started eating....she gained a ton of weight and now you see the gal in the "haveyouseenhim"(or whatever they are called). No wonder he ran like hell.....

I do have a question for you Diva...did you check the bushes...because the camera pans toward the bushes, maybe they put something over there?
Also...I just don't get it. If this was Bay Area Cali I would say that they saw the person placing Cassie clues....but apparently they didn't. Additionally...why would the woman say that her friend went for the Cassie clue, he lives quite far away, I think!
