it's all good. no harm done. just hope it doesn't happen 10/1
------------
How many forumthreads would a forummoderator thread if a forummoderator could thread forumthreads?
EDIT: The stumbliness is intentional -the "mod" Wink j/k |

LOL, what shall happen 10/1 is that a single thread shall start and end up becoming 38 pages, if history serves as any example. _________________ [04:03] <lyriclyinclined> with the exception of a bad apple pucker incident |

hey, it makes for much easier reading. Do you know how difficult research is for my hare-brained ideas if I'm flipping threads? I already max out Firefox trying to review old threads sometimes.
i know... it's a sickness. But I took yesterday off (mostly) from posting so my brain had time to heal. |

I'm sorry, I should have used a quote but I thought my post would follow yours - I was responding to what you said a few posts before mine about 'creepy'. |

actually the thread was hit by threadjackers. However, it has since been restored to its naturallly occurring order, I think _________________ How many threads would a moderator thread if a moderator could thread threads? |

Why do you call it a "casket"?

bosq, yes, apparently something freaky is going on, I didn't realize that thread-merging was going on behind the scenes - I didn't even know such a thing was possible. |

It was from his video - Casket of Tears - relating to both the water, the fact that by that time we thought we had a false clue - and you know the death thing. _________________ ..-. .-. . . / -... . . .-. Glug Glug |

Just coming back online this is an interesting thread - if a bit disjointed. What was the other one that may have parts of this one? _________________ ..-. .-. . . / -... . . .-. Glug Glug |

I added the pictures to the summary of clues thread but I am not sure if it should be considered a legitimate clue or not. _________________ My LG15 Video Responses |

The song used in the video is Poe's "Haunted," and it contains the lyric:
Come here. No, I won't say please.
One more look at the ghost before I'm gonna make it leave.
Come here. I've got the pieces here.
Time to gather up the splinters, build a casket for my tears.
Very appropriate song to use, as it shouts out to both House of Leaves and the inferior sequel to The Blair Witch Project. And it's just a kickass song to begin with. _________________ CALL BORIS, DANIEL |

Nora...I've said it before...You Rock. Most people haven't caught the Blair Witch reference...but even fewer would know what book it's tied to and what that means.
To expand on that, slacker, I call it the Casket of Tears due to how it symbolizes the item...the lyric I took it from was the seed, and it has proven to be a multi-faceted and inspired description of the object.
Most importantly, though, since I found it...I get to name it. _________________ "Death, in the strict sense, cannot be defined, for whatever predicate we, the living, attribute to it necessarily belongs to Life. This means that Death, as a category, behaves in a manner indistinguishable from the Infinite, and from God." |

I knew about the song, I just didn't know why you chose to continually refer to it in such a poetic/romantic/dramatic way. But I do love your explanation that because you found it, you get to name it.
That's the best explanation I've heard so far.

Isn't it wierd how you do something name it..start it..whatever..and as time goes on...it begins to become more and more appropriate than you ever could have imagined it would.
Kinda like I get my idea for My book memorization thread...based on someone mentioning Fahrenheit 451 with regards to the Youtube phenomenon I think... I start the thread it turns out to be banned book week...and I had NO clue! _________________ My Latest videos:
