Good question!! I'd rather do a bit of both to be honest! I've now worked actually doing the searching, then I managed a team that do the searching, then I managed a team that did the Intel targeting & selection for the other teams to search and now I'm managing the team that tells everyone what to do, so I've tried all aspects now!!
I created and set up this new team myself, so it's pretty much how I want it to be. It's been good fun so far....

Ew work...I'm at work right now, but there are very few people who came in today...you get a few flakes of snow and everyone panics here. Pretty funny actually lol
