Sorry in advance if this has been discussed somewhere else...theres just a few things that jumped out at me when I saw the vid.
1) the reference to working at a gas station. Now, if memory serves me, didn't Gemma date a guy who worked at a gas station? The guy her parents forbade her to see? This seems significant somehow.
2) the line 'now thats math even I can do"...something here seems like a jab at 'brother'. Who is 'slow' at times.
No idea what it means, it just stood out to me. Or maybe I'm just crazy .

Daniel's referenced working at a gas station before. It was where he was working before he and Bree took to living in motels. The thing with Gemma liking a guy connected to a gas station (she said she only liked him actually, not dated him) happened when she was 13 she said (his parents owned the station and his name was Sam).

I don't know about this one. I just assumed it was "Daniel" trying to make a point about how obvious it was that things were "fine" until Bree refused to do the ceremony. "Even I can put two and two together on that one," or something like that.

I think Daniel has been bad from the beginning. I think he joined the Order in order to be able to attend Bree's play and film it.

i was under the impression that filming the play was a favor though? that he didn't really want to do it, except that he wanted to be nice.

The backwards talk at the end is this:

"Little minds are tamed and subdued by misfortune. But great minds, rise above them."

At first I thought it said THIS fortune, but misfortune makes more sense.

Daniel followed Bree and Lucy to the Ceremony back in October. He brought his camera because he films everything. Remember we saw a Watcher there and what looked like a Deacon...

As for the play, I believe Daniel filmed it as a favor to Bree's Dad (Drew Avery Very Happy) and I doubt he had to join the Order to do so. Bree used to talk about how her religion and Daniel's clashed. If he were part of the Order or had to join it to film the camp play, Bree would never have talked about their 2 "different" religions.

Working at a gas station to me just references his life prior to her decision to forgo the ceremony.

As for the math thing, it could one of any things. I myself have messaged Op complaining about all the math required for the puzzles and saying that my job only requires me to count to 8. Very Happy The idea that it points towards Brother is very valid.

Wait, did we ever hear anything about Daniel being religious? I honestly can't think of anything off the top of my head to suggest either way.
