I'm pretty sure the diet and exercise (and shots and iron pills) were for your own survivability, but at this point, the Order probably doesn't really care if you survive the ceremony or not. Maybe this is just a ruse and you're buying time while trying to figure out what to do. While formulating a plan, I'd suggest indulging in a pack of Skittles. Not only are they filled with fruity, chewy goodness, the sugar rush will keep you focused during crucial moments in your plotting.
Try calling Daniel now. Apparently he will talk to girls who do ceremonies.

Take a jacket with you, and don't go hungry. Grab a Snickers bar on the way and enjoy the rich chocolate and creamy nuget center while pumping your body with the essential proteins and carbohydrates you'll need for that long, ardurous journey before you.
Grab a Snickers for Daniel too. He's 'not going anywhere for awhile.'

Here's my theory:

Bree explained in the video she saw ALL op's videos. That means she now knows about tachyon!

I think tachyon contacted bree, and explained a lot of things. Now bree and her are planning to get daniel back, and with tachyon's help, they can definitely save daniel. I think bree will pretend to do the ceremony, but at the last moment tachyon will come in and save both daniel and bree (jonas will already be with tachyon.).

So then they will all be on the run, which can last another 20 videos, and so on.

It won't be ending soon. The Creators said they were going to be merging all the videos to one account on you tube in the next couple weeks and all this other new stuff. They wouldn't put all that effort into getting more viewers if they were going to straight up end it any time soon.

True, that must mean she knows about Tachyon. And Gemma. There was a RIP Gemma in one of the recent Op vids but I forgot where. Until now she didn't know Gemma got killed.

I wish she had shared more of her thoughts about the Op story..

could it be? The end is near? Are they finally going to finish thing off? Don't ge me wrong I still like the series but at some point you have to stop filling space and pull the trigger on the story. Or this could be like everything else in the story. 3 or 4 cool videos in a row before we end up with two weeks of sitting around hotels and houses.
