This line has eight words, your solution has seven words, so if we go with kelrasts (sp?) theory, then this doesn't work. Although it sounded good to me. |

I also think the poem is sending us back to the park to recheck the slide. "Up here above you never look" might be a reference to how Cu Roi had to go back to the park a second time to look a the top of the slide. |

I'm not religious, but if he were "Your Lord" would the phrasing not be "open THE Holy Book?"
Just nitpicking, sorry, I think the first translation worked best, it flowed better.
And this doesn't fit with Kelrasts theory either.

And Kelrast has been very, um, helpful before. Yeah, I totally agree.
Plus, I think the "grows like cancer" is a little awkward. |
