As for the sagging breasts, you should just wear a puch up bra. One of the main reasons some woman's breast sag is because they go without their bra too much.
I'm lucky mine don't sag at all and I have a D cup. It's crazy! Though it seems no matter what workout I do my boobs never get smaller and I workout everyday which I don't get. I thought they would get smaller, but they stay the same. Thank goodness I'm tall or it wouldn't look right.
